Chinchilly & Co gift guides are finally here!!! I had so much fun making these and I think there is a little something for everyone. What do you guys think? Anything I missed?
Mitch and I are lucky enough to live in one of the best neighborhoods that every existed and let me tell you, we know how to celebrate Halloween. It usually starts with a movie outside for the kids followed by chili, candy and lots of pumpkin beer! We always have such a great time and this year it looks like it might also be quite warm (which is definitely a first).
So, as Halloween and Thanksgiving quickly approach, I thought it best to do a roundup of the pumpkin beers. I know, you’re welcome. It’s tough work but someone has to do it! I enlisted the help of my husband Mitch, a beer connoisseur of sorts, to pick his favorites. Just another way to enjoy the familiar feelings of fall and get your drink on.
Whether you plan to carve pumpkins or have a nice selection of seasonal beers for your thanksgiving feast you should plan on giving these a try. I mean you should probably try them all out before hand, you know just research’s sake. I hope you like the selection we’ve picked! Let us know which one is your favorite!
Guys! I have the secret to next level salads right here! Homemade croutons. Seriously so good and so easy. These are the answer to the leftover bread you don’t want to throw away but have no other use for!
I’m going to be real with you, salads aren’t really my thing. Too many vegetables for my child-like palette. So if I’m going to eat one, I’m going to make sure it’s the best dang salad that’s ever lived and these croutons are going to be on it!
I don’t know about you all but I love watching the olympics! Seriously, I am glued for two weeks. Good-bye Netflix, good-bye Bachelor in Paradise. I have buff people to watch. It’s also really good gym motivation am I right? So I thought I would share something deliciously NOT healthy. But I guess it’s kind of healthy when there is fruit involved….. maybe? These gold medal brownie “medallions” are really tasty and beyond easy to make. Plus they are a total crowd pleaser!
I am really excited about this recipe. There are a couple reasons. The first is that it is a recipe that involves strawberries which must mean that it’s strawberry season and that means summer (clearly). The second is that I came up with this because I have finally accomplished my life long goal of getting my hubby to like strawberries. Mission Accomplished.
Now that we’ve established that strawberries are amazing (especially during summer) I must also mention that this recipe involves balsamic vinegar and cheese which I must say are two of my favorite things. That’s really all I have folks. I’ll let these delicious little bits speak for themselves!
I love that there is a reason to have taco’s every week. Tuesdays. With that being said, it’s nice to switch things up a bit and try something more than just your average ground beef taco. First off, if you’ve never had pickled red onions before it’s definitely something you need to try. They are super easy and are the star of any dish.
