I don’t know about you all but I love watching the olympics! Seriously, I am glued for two weeks. Good-bye Netflix, good-bye Bachelor in Paradise. I have buff people to watch. It’s also really good gym motivation am I right? So I thought I would share something deliciously NOT healthy. But I guess it’s kind of healthy when there is fruit involved….. maybe? These brownie “medallions” are really tasty and beyond easy to make.
All you have to do is get your butt to the store, pick up some brownie mix, some buttercream icing and some yummy toppings and go to town! I followed the package instructions for the brownies, used a biscuit cutter to make the circles, slapped some buttercream icing on top and finished with my favorite toppings. Up top we have a variety of berries, peanut butter chips and kiwi. I know kiwi sounds weird but trust me it works!
So get your squad together, watch some ripped people do their thang and impress the hell out of your friends when you make these for them. Make sure to come back and share your favorite flavor combo!
